In the pouring rain.

It's raining in Leeds, pouring down to be exact.

I had my test in Chinese today. During 60 min we had to show that all those early morning had been worth it with translations, dictations, measure words and sentence orders.

It was easy. But I messed it up.

In the beginning of the test our teacher started rambling sentences in Chinese for us to write down. We were supposed to write in pinyin first and then in characters.  I wrote down all the sentences but didn't leave gaps for the characters, which meant that I had to spend 15 min on writing the pinyin over again and then the characters.

Frustrating as hell.

My characters at the end probably looked more like doodles than Chinese.

Oh well.
