Josie loves cookies.

Josie's boyfriend thinks that Josie could live on cookies all day long and be happy happy happy.

There is something about cookies in England. You have such a variety and offer so many different types that I don't even know where to start. The shops in England have rows on rows dedicated to sweets and cookies.

I love it.

My latest find are these from Fox's, they are pretty much a short bread biscuit but with chocolate on one side. They are wonderful and I can't wait to explore the world of cookies in England. Hah.
